ስዊድን አገር ለተደረገው የስራ ጉብኝትና ልምምድ ልውውጥ ስኬት ላበረከቱ አካላት የምስጋና መርኀ ግብር ተካሄደ፡፡

የፌደራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ከአውሮፓ ህብረት በተገኘ የገንዘብ ድጋፍ እያከናወነ ከሚገኘው የወንጀል ፍትህ አስተዳደር መሻሻያ ተግባራት መካከል በወንጀል ፍትህ አስተዳደር የተሻለ ተሞክሮ ካላቸው አውሮፓ አገራት ፍርድ ቤቶች ልምድ መቅሰም ይገኝበታል። ይህንኑ ተከትሎ በቅርቡ 23 የፌደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች ዳኞች ወደ ስዊድን አገር በመጓዝ ከአገሪቱ ፍ/ቤቶች ልምምድ መቅሰማቸው ይታወቃል፡፡

ከዚሀም ጋር ተያይዞ ለጉዞው መሳካት የተለያየ ድጋፍ ያደረጉ አካላትን ለማመስገን እና ቀጣይ የትብብር መስኮችን ለማጠናከር መጋቢት 9 ቀን 2017ዓ.ም የፍርድ ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮችና እና የስዊድን ተጓዥ ዳኞች በተገኙበት ለአውሮፓ ህብረት እና ለስዊድን አምባሳደሮች ብሎም ለሚመለከታቸው አካላት የምስጋና እንዲሁም የተጓዦች ሪፖርት የመስማት መርኀ ግብር ተከናውኗል፡፡

ተጓዦችን በስዊድን አገር ቆይታቸው ያገኙትን ልምድ እና ተሞክሮ በተመለከተ በልዑካን ቡድኑ መሪ በሆኑት በፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ም/ፕሬዝዳንት ክቡር አቶ ተኽሊት ይመሰል ሪፖርት የቀረበ ሲሆን በገለፃቸው ተሳታፊዎቹ ብዙ ልምድ እና ለዳኝነት ስርዓቱ መሻሻል የሚያግዙ ልምዶችን መቅሰማቸውን ጠቅሰዋል፡፡

የፌደራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ም/ፕሬዝዳንት ክብርት ወ/ሮ አበባ እምቢአለ የፌደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች በተለያዩ ዘርፎች በለውጥ ጎዳና ላይ መሆናቸውን ገልጸው ይህ የልምድ ልውውጥ የዳኝነት አገልግሎትን በተለያየ መንገድ የማጠንከር አካል መሆኑን አንስተዋል፡፡ ከዳኝነት ስርዓት ሁለንተናዊ የማሻሻያ ስራዎች መካከል የወንጀል ፍትህ ስርአቱን ማሻሻል ትልቅ ትኩረት የሚሰጠው መሆኑን እና በዘርፉ ለሚደረገው የማሻሻያ ጥረትም የአውሮፓ ህብረት ድጋፍ ጉልህ መሆኑን ጠቅሰዋል፡፡

ክብርት ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንቷ አክለውም የአውሮፓ ህብረት በዘርፉ ለሚደረገው ማሻሻያ እያደረገ ለሚገኘው ድጋፍ እና ለልምድ ልውውጥ ጉዞው መሳካት ላደረገው ድጋፍ እና በኢትዮጵያ የስዊድን ኤምባሲ ጉዞው እንዲሳካ ላደረገው የላቀ አስተዋፅኦ ምስጋና አቅርበዋል፡፡

ከሁለቱ ተቋማት ባሻገር ሌሎች ለጉዞው መሳካት ድጋፍ ያደረጉ አካላትንም ያመሰገኑ ሲሆን ተሳታፊ ዳኞችንም ለነበራቸው ተነሳሽነት እና ጥረት አመስግነው፤የፍትህ ማስፈን ስራ የሁሉንም የጋራ ጥረት የሚጠየቅ በመሆኑ በጋራ መስራት እንደሚገባ አውስተዋል፡፡

በመጨረሻም የእውቅና እና የምስጋና የምስክር ወረቀት ተበርክቷል፡፡

A program of appreciation was held for the success of the working visit and exchange of experience in Sweden.

Among the activities of the Federal Supreme Court, which is being implemented with financial support from the European Union, is the acquisition of experience from courts in European countries with better expertise in criminal justice administration. It is known that 23 federal court judges recently traveled to Sweden to share experiences from the country's courts.

To show gratitude to the various parties that supported for the success of the trip and to strengthen future areas of cooperation, a program of appreciation was held on March 18, 2025. The event was attended by the senior leaders of the courts, the Swedish visiting judges, and included reports from the travelers.

The delegation was led by the vice President of the Federal High Court, Honarable Teklit Yimesel who presented a report on the experiences and lessons learned during the visit to Sweden. He highlighted that participants gained valuable experience and practices that enhance the judicial system.

Honarable Ms. Ababa Embiale, the vice President of the Federal Supreme Court, mentioned that, the federal courts are undergoing changes in various sectors and this exchange of experiences plays a vital role of strengthening the judicial service. She emphasized that criminal justice is a key area of reform and the support from the European Union significant.

The vice President expressed gratitude the European Union for supporting the reform efforts in the sector and for the success of the exchange of experiences. She also acknowledged the great contribution of the Swedish Embassy in Ethiopia to the visit’s success. In addition the EU delegation and the Embassy, other supporting parties were thanked along with the participating judges for their initiative and hard work. It was emphasized that providing justice requires the collective efforts, and collaboration is essential. Finally, certificate of recognition and appreciation are presented.
