የUNODC (United Office on Drugs and crime) የምስራቅ አፍሪካ ተወካይ ሚስ አሺታ ሚታል ከፌደራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ፕሬዝደንት ክቡር አቶ ቴዎድሮስ ምህረት ጋር ውይይት አደረጉ

የUNODC (United Office on Drugs and crime) የምስራቅ አፍሪካ ተወካይ ሚስ አሺታ ሚታል ከፌደራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ፕሬዝደንት ክቡር አቶ ቴዎድሮስ ምህረት ጋር በቀን 30/07/2017 ዓ.ም በፌደራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት በመገኘት ውይይት አድርገዋል፡፡

በውይይታቸውም UNODC በምስራቅ አፍሪካ በአጠቃላይ በተለይም ደግሞ በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ስለሚሰራቸው ስራዎች እንዲሁም ከፍርድ ቤቶች ጋር ስላለው የስራ ግንኙነት፣ እገዛ እያደረገበት ስላለባቸው ጉዳዮች እንዲሁም ለወደፊት እገዛውን አጠናክሮ ስለሚቀጥልበት ሁኔታ ተወያይተዋል፡፡

በተጨማሪም ፍርድ ቤቱ በአለምአቀፍ ደረጃ Judicial Integrity Network ላይ ስለሚሳተፉበት ሁኔታ ተነጋግረዋል፡፡

ሚስ አሺታ ሚታል ፍርድ ቤቱ በቴክኖሎጂ ሪፎርም ዙሪያ ያከናወናቸውን እና እያከናወናቸው ያሉትን ተግባራት አድንቀው በዚህ የለውጥ ስራ ላይም ለመተባበር ያላቸውን ፍላጎት ገልጸዋል፡፡

Mrs. Ashita Mital, the UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) representative for East Africa, held a meeting with honorable Mr. Tewodros Meheret, President of the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia On April 8, 2025.

During their meeting, they discussed UNODC's initiatives in East Africa, particularly in Ethiopia, and the ongoing collaboration with courts. They also addressed the support being provided and the future plans to continue this assistance .

Additionally, they discussed how the court can involve in the international Judicial Integrity Network.

Mrs. Ashita Mital expressed her appreciation particularly in relation to the ongoing technological reforms, and expressed a desire to support these transformative efforts.
